- Your shipping address;
- Your billing address;
- Your phone number;

This Personal Information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We do not require you to create an account to place an order.
Other Personal Information you may voluntarily provide to our call center agents is your passport information, including your passport number, photo, and birth date. We only use this information if requested by our airline partners to purchase your airline tickets. Please note, we do not keep your passport information in our database or server; however, our call center agents do keep this information in their corporate email accounts.
You may also voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or to be informed about certain offers or promotions, in which case we may use the Personal Information you provide, such as your contact Personal Information, job details, and feedback, to send the Personal Information you requested or fulfill any other purpose for which you have provided such Personal Information. You may choose to provide additional Personal Information when you communicate with us through our Website or otherwise interact with us, and we will keep copies of those communications for our records.
Your decision to provide this Personal Information is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide this requested Personal Information you may not be able to participate in our Services.
(B) Personal Information Automatically Collected
In addition to Personal Information that you choose to provide to us, when you visit our Website, we may also collect certain information automatically from your personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or other devices. In some countries, including those countries in the European Union, this information may be considered Personal Information under applicable information protection laws.
Specifically, the Personal Information we collect automatically may include the following:
- Your IP address or other unique identifier;
- Your operating system or mobile network information;
- Your Internet browser identification;
- Your Internet browsing activity;
- Your general geographic location;
- Your interaction and activities with our Website, including remembering you and your preferences; and
- Other certain information related to your devices, including the time of day you visit our Website, among other information.
We collect this information through our own server logs and through the browser cookies described in section 6. Where that collection relies on analytics or advertising cookies, it happens only after you have consented to the relevant category in our cookie notice.
4. We Combine Collected Personal Information
We combine Personal Information that we have collected offline, such as through an agent at our call center, with Personal Information we collect online, such as our Website. We also combine Personal Information that we have collected across other third-party websites, your devices, such as computers and mobile devices, and from third-parties with Personal Information we already have.
5. Other Travelers
When you use our Services through this Website or our call center on behalf of someone else, we will request Personal Information about that individual. By providing any Personal Information of another traveler, you represent that you have all necessary authority or have obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable us to collect, use and disclose such Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Personal Information of other travelers is collected only for the purpose of providing such Personal Information to the appropriate third party, such as the airline on which travel will occur, to fulfill the requested service, or as otherwise may be required or permitted by applicable law.
6. Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser on your device. We group the cookies used on this Website into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Website cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and are set only after you have consented to that category in the cookie notice shown on your first visit.
Strictly necessary cookies, set by us:
lf_cookie_consent— records your response to our cookie notice, including which optional categories you allowed, so we do not ask again and so your choices can be applied on later visits. Stored for 180 days.sanctum.token.cookie— set only when you sign in, and used to keep you signed in between pages. It is removed when you sign out.
Analytics and marketing cookies, set by Google when you allow them: we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and, where you have allowed marketing cookies, Google advertising tags. These set cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id> (Google Analytics, used to distinguish visitors and measure how the Website is used, stored for up to 2 years) and _gcl_au (Google Ads, used to measure whether a visit followed one of our adverts, stored for up to 90 days). Google acts as our processor for this measurement, and Google may transfer the data outside your country; see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles it.
We use Google's Consent Mode. Until you accept a category, Google's tags are loaded in a restricted mode in which they set no cookies and cannot identify you; if you decline, they stay in that mode for the whole of your visit.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did while your consent was in place.
You are also free to set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you block the strictly necessary cookies above, the cookie notice will reappear on every visit and you will not be able to stay signed in to your account.

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the applicable message, or by contacting us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation message and will no longer send promotional SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent, except for messages that are necessary to fulfill a transaction or provide a service you have requested, where permitted by applicable law.
